The Ming paid its officials in rice.
We pay ours in stock.

Forty-four offices on BNB Chain. Every trade taxes the desk; the tax splits between a stipend paid in real tokenized equities and a treasury that backs your exit 1:1. What you draw is set by the bird embroidered on your chest, the same way it was for five hundred years.

The mechanism · 職掌
Four steps, none of which ask you to lock anything up四則
The plumbing is Flap's bBroker Vault on BNB Chain, powered by bStocks. We did not reinvent it. We built the ministry that sits on top of it.
| # | Step | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 授 Mint | Pay in the tax token to mint an office at a fixed cost. The tokens are burned instantly, with no dilution. |
| 2 | 課 Tax | Every quote-token swap fee flowing into the vault splits automatically between the Stipend Pool and the Treasury Floor. |
| 3 | 俸 Draw | Hold the office and draw dividends in bStocks. No staking, no lockup, claim any time. |
| 4 | 歸 Resign | Sell the office back to the vault whenever you like at the floor price, backed 1:1 by the treasury. |
The yield curve · 品級
The rank badge is not decoration. It is the dividend weight.補子
A Ming official wore a buzi: an embroidered square showing a bird that encoded his civil rank, readable across a courtyard. First rank was a crane. Eighth was a quail. That is a rarity ladder that has already existed for five hundred years, so we did not invent one.
Your share of every payout is your weight over 242, the total weight of the desk. You can read a holder's income straight off his portrait.
Three things there are deliberate. Broccoli outranks the entire court, because the unranked outsider drawing more than a first-rank crane is the funniest available arrangement and it gives the rarest regular badge a hard reason to be chased. The Empty Robe draws nothing, forever. The rarest object on the desk earns zero, and its whole value is the floor. And the curve is shallow on purpose: a crane earns 4.5 times a quail, not 50 times, so the bottom of the ladder still gets paid and still shows up.
The split · 分帳
Every tax does two jobs at once俸與庫
The Stipend 俸
Paid out in bStocks, divided by rank weight. No staking, no lockup, claim whenever you want. This is the income.
The Treasury 庫
Backs the buyback floor 1:1. It only ever rises. Resign at any time and the treasury buys the office back. This is the exit.
A holder is never choosing between income and an exit. Both accrue from the same tax, on every single trade.

Why this beats the desk it is modelled on勝
stonkio.app runs the same idea on Solana: buy a broker, enrol it, share tokenized stocks from the pot. Three things there are worth fixing.
| Point | stonkio · Solana | BnBrokers · BNB |
|---|---|---|
| Getting in | Buy with $STONKIO plus a SOL fee | Mint with the tax token, burned, no dilution |
| To earn | Must burn a tier to enrol. Holding alone earns nothing | Just hold. No burn, no staking, no lockup |
| Payout basis | Enrolled weight | Rank weight, visible in the artwork |
| Downside | No floor. No exit mechanism. | 1:1 backed floor, resign any time |
| Paid in | xStocks | bStocks: 709+ equities, 24/7, zero fee, self-custody |

Forty-four offices. Not four thousand.四十四
A ministry with 4,444 officials is not a ministry, it is a crowd, and it makes every stipend meaningless. At $1M a month of volume a 4,444-supply collection pays the median holder $1.58 a month. At 44, the median office draws $145 from the very same volume.
Scarcity here is not a marketing posture. It is the only thing that makes the yield legible, and it is why all 44 are individually painted and individually inspected, with no generated filler.

What is fixed, what is set at deploy, and what is never promised明示
- Fixed
- Forty-four offices, four of them one-of-one, issued as offices 1 to 44 in mint order. An office sold back to the vault at the floor is burned. The 70 / 30 stipend-to-treasury split is set at deploy.
- The ladder
- The rank ladder on this page is the desk's design. Flap's stock bBroker vault pays every office equally, by count; a rank-weighted stipend requires the desk's own vault contract. Which vault this desk mints on is published here, in plain words, before the first office is sold.
- Set at deploy
- The quote asset the desk is paid in is chosen once and cannot be changed for the life of the vault, per Flap's vault specification. It, the mint price and the tax rate are published here (and on-chain) the moment they exist.
- Cadence
- You claim whenever you like; the stipend accrues per the contract. No cadence figure appears on this page because none is fixed by a schedule.
- Guardian
- Flap's Guardian retains access to permissioned vault functions, as Flap's specification requires of every vault built on it. That is a real limit on how decentralised the desk is, and you should know it before you mint, not after.
- Numbers
- Every dollar figure on this page is a model at a stated volume and a 1% tax. It is not a forecast, an offer, a promise of return, or financial advice. Volume can be zero.
- Contract
- The vault and collection addresses will be linked here when they are live. Until then there is no official contract: anything claiming to be BnBrokers before this page links it is not.
